The base rate is ₹14,999 per square yard. Here is what that works out to for each size, and what gets added on top.
Vantara Heritage offers five plot sizes: 200, 400, 500, 600 and 1000 sq. yd. The basic selling price (BSP) is ₹14,999 per sq. yd. The table shows the basic price for each size, and a second figure that adds the 10% development charges and the one-time club house membership of ₹2,00,000. Both are calculations, not quotations. PLC, stamp duty and registration costs are not included, so confirm the final figure with the sales team.

Charges on top of the basic price
The developer’s price list shows three extras. Development charges are 10%. PLC (preferred location charge) is 10% and applies to corner plots, plots open on three sides, and plots facing the park or the clubhouse. The club house membership is ₹2,00,000, paid once. Stamp duty and registration charges are separate and depend on the circle rate at the time of registry.
Which size fits which plan?
200 sq. yd. is the practical choice for a family home with parking and a small front garden. 400 sq. yd. gives room for a bigger house with a proper lawn. 500 and 600 sq. yd. are what people pick for a villa with a garden, or a weekend home with space for guests. 1000 sq. yd. is the farmhouse-scale option, with room for a large house, a pool or an orchard corner.
